体外受精-胚胎移植妇女心理健康状况的调查分析

Investigation of mental health status of women with IVF- ET

目的探讨进行体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗周期不同阶段妇女的心理健康状态。方法抽取IVF-ET治疗周期妇女101例,其中降调阶段33例,促排卵阶段38例,ET-14天阶段30例,采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)对其进行心理测试。结果 IVF-ET妇女在SCL-90上的量表分高于常模;ET-14天阶段的妇女量表分显著高于其他两个阶段。结论 IVF-ET妇女存在不同程度的心理问题;ET-14天阶段的妇女心理压力最大,更需要心理咨询提高心理健康水平。

Objective To discuss the mental health status of women who undergone invitro fertilization - embryo transfer （ IVF - ET ） treatment during different therapeutic stages. Methods 101 cases with IVF - ET treatment were selected, 33 cases were in cycles demotion stage, 38 cases were in ovalation stage and 30 cases were in ET- 14 days stage on extraction, symptom checklist -90 （SCL- 90） were used for psychological tests. Results Women score during IVF -ET treatment was higher than norms;women score on 14 days after embryo transfer was significantly higher than that during the other two stages. Conclusion Women with IVF - ET had varying degrees of psychological problems; women in ET - 14 days stage were with more psychological stress and need more psychology counseling to improve their mental health.
