摘要
本文以"实践共同体"为分析框架,以叙事探究的方法,分析了两位职前教师在教育实习的过程中,与教师实践共同体的互动对其实践性知识发展的影响。并在此基础上,对如何构建良好的实践共同体做出了建议。
Based on the "community of practice" as the analysis frame, with the method of narrative inquiry, the paper analyzes the practical knowledge development of two pre-service teachers during the teaching practice, which is impacted on the interaction between pre-service teachers and the teachers' community of practice. And on this basis, it makes sugges- tions to how to build a good community of practice.
