摘要
在分析危机矿山接替资源找矿效果评估的背景的基础上,构建矿山企业、矿业城镇、社会3个层面,包括资源效果、经济效果、社会效果、理论突破、技术创新和管理创新6个方面的评估体系,并进行总体效果评估。危机矿山接替资源找矿专项的资源效果突出,新增大批短缺重要矿产的资源量,大幅延长矿山服务年限;经济效果明显,新增静态工业产值超万亿,利税数千亿元;稳定就业成效显著,间接提高受益人群收入,提升社会福利;创建了三位一体深部找矿预测理论体系,关键勘查技术取得突破性进展。
This paper analyzes the background of evaluation of prospecting effects of succeeding resources in crisis mines, establishes an evaluation index system, which is composed of three levels, mine operators, mining city and society, and six aspects, resource effect, economic effect, social effect, theoretical breakthrough, technical innovation and managing innovation. The evaluation indicates that this specific project reached an outstanding success in increasing some vital but short resources, largely extending mining lives. Also the economic effect is distinguished in adding static industrial output of over one trillion, tax of hundreds of billion, in stabilizing employment which indirectly increases income and social weal. Three-in-one deep prospecting theory is created and key exploration technology obtains a break through.
