摘要
自闭症谱系障碍儿童在社会互动与交流、语言与认知发展、重复性兴趣和行为等方面会有一些早期行为迹象。通过群体筛查、重点筛查和最终诊断等程序,借助适当的筛查与诊断工具,自闭症谱系障碍儿童在婴幼儿时期可以尽早得到诊断。自闭症谱系障碍儿童的早期筛查与诊断还存在诸多问题和挑战,早期监测程序的优化、评估工具的发展和专业人员的培训等是未来研究的重要课题。
Children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) show early signs of behavior in social interactions and communication, language and cognition development, and repetitive interests and behavior. By means of general population screening, high-risk screening and final diagnosis, as well as appropriate tools for screening and diagnosis, children with ASD can be identified and diagnosed as early as possible. However, problems and challenges exist in the early screening and diagnosis of ASD, and the future research is supposed to focus on im- proving the early detection procedure, developing assessment tools and training professionals.
