摘要
采用成人一般希望量表(ADHS)、自传记忆测验(AMT)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对312名大学生进行施测,探讨希望、自传记忆具体性对抑郁的影响作用。研究结果发现:抑郁与积极自传记忆具体性、希望均存在显著负相关;希望在积极自传记忆具体性与抑郁的关系中有调节作用;与高希望水平的被试相比,低希望被试更容易受积极自传记忆具体性下降的影响,从而增加了抑郁风险。研究提示大学生心理健康教育应重视希望和积极具体自传记忆的作用。
This study aims to explore the effects of hope and autobiographical memory specificity on depres- sion, by surveying 312 college students with the Adult Dispestional Hope Scale (ADHS), the Autobiographical Memory Test (AMT) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). The results show the following: depression is negatively correlated with hope and positive autobiographical memory specificity; hope moderates positive autobio- graphical memory specificity and depression; compared with the college students with a high level of hope, the college students with a low level of hope are apt to be affected by positive autobiographical memory specificity, and their risk of depression will thus be increased. This suggests that the mental health education for college stu- dents should attach importance to the effect of hope and positive specific autobiographical memory.
