神经外科939例重症患者的监护及护理观察

Analysis of Care for Patients with Neurosurgical Intensive Nursing Observation and Experience

目的：分析神经外科重症患者的监护及护理观察体会。方法：收集2010年3月～2013年3月本院收治的939例神经外科重症患者临床资料，给予患者实施严格的病情观察监控以及对症护理方法。结果：939例神经外科重症患者，痊愈及好转率88．92％，抢救104例为11．08％，其中出现气管切开发生率为5．96％、监护期间感染发生率为2．34％、死亡发生率为0．64％，植物状态发生率为2．14％。结论：神经外科患者起病快、病情严重，多合并其他脏器的损伤，在临床救治中，需要严格观察患者病情变化，促进患者病情恢复。

objective：To analysis of care for patients with neurosurgical intensive nursing observation and experience .Methods：Collected from March 2010 to March 2010 in our hospital treated 939 cases of neurosurgery severe patients clinical data , give strict patient observation and suit the nursing methods.Results：939 patients with neurosurgical intensive , and 88.92%, the recovery, rescue the 104 rate was 11. 08%, which appeared during the incidence of tracheotomy was 5.96%, monitoring the incidence of infection was 2.34%, death rate was 0. 64%, the incidence of vegetative state is 2.14%.Conclusion：fast onset of the neurosurgery patients , the disease is severe, more combined injuries of other organs , in the clinical treatment , need to strictly observe patients condition change , promote patients recover .
