摘要
介绍了不同工艺制备的Si3N4 、SiC的性能 ,研究了Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷及其碳纤维复合材料研究发展现状 ,认为Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷能够克服单一Si3N4 、SiC陶瓷断裂韧性低、烧结过程中晶粒长大造成强度下降等缺点 ,同时也弥补了SiC陶瓷强度较低的遗憾 ;而碳纤维的加入可以大大改善材料的韧性。认为结合Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷的高强度和碳纤维复合材料的高韧性 ,可以制备出性能优良的Cf/SiC—Si3N4 陶瓷基复合材料 。
In this paper, the properties of Si 3N 4 and SiC prepared by different processes were introduced,and the development of Si 3N 4-SiC and its carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials were reviewed.It is concluded that the Si 3N 4-SiC can overcome disadvantages of single Si 3N 4 or SiC, which has low toughness and strength with grain growth during sintering.However the addition of carbon fiber can improve the toughness of the materials.Combined the high strength of Si 3N 4-SiC with the high toughness of its carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials, a kind of composite material with better properties can be prepared.Some studies in this field are summarized.
