摘要 目的分析生化检验时溶血对其准确性造成的影响以及相关的纠正措施。方法将同一血液样本分为两份,其中一份血清标本没有溶血,另一份血清标本发生溶血,对两个样本中各项检测指标进行对比,并对血清中血红蛋白的浓度以及溶血的变化数值进行分析。结果 TP、AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH以及LDH和K+检测值,溶血标本高于未发生溶血的标本,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),Na+检测值未溶血的标本高于发生溶血的标本,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。溶血导致的TP、AST、CK、CK-MB、HBDH、LDH、K+同血清Hb浓度具有正相关,Na+变化情况同血清Hb浓度呈负相关。结论生化检验结果会受到溶血的影响,并且同血清中Hb浓度具有明显的相关性,借助血清Hb浓度可以对生化检测指标进行纠正。 Objective To analyze the impact of hemolysis on the accuracy of biochemical test and the relevant corrective measures. Methods One blood sample was divided into two parts, and hemolysis occurred in one part. The two parts of blood sample were compared in terms of biochemical indices, and the correlation between serum hemoglobin (Hb) concentration and biochemical indices was analyzed. Results Compared with the non-hemolytic part, the hemolytic part had significantly higher levels of total protein (TP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), CK-MB, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and potassium (K+) (P〈0.05) and a significantly lower Na+ level (P〈0.05). In hemolysis, the levels of TP, AST, CK, CK-MB, HBDH, LDH, and K+ were positively correlated with serum Hb concentration, but Na+level was negatively correlated with serum Hb concentration. Conclusion The results of biochemical test will be influenced by hemolysis and are significantly correlated with serum Hb concentration, so they can be corrected based on serum Hb concentration.
