摘要
渣浆泵的变速调节既节能又减少磨损,通过分析调速型液力耦合器的动态特性及系统的动态特性,提出了基本的自校正调节器控制策略,仿真结果表明此方法可有效地消除来浆流量扰动和渣浆泵快速磨损的影响。
The speed-adjusting of the mortar pump can both save energy and minimize wear and tear. Through an analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the speed-adjusting hydraulic coupling device and of the system this paper brings forward a basic self-rectifying regulator control tactics. Its simulation results show that this method can effectively prevent the impact caused by the input flow turbulence of mortar and by the speedy wear and tear of the mortar pump.
