摘要 用实验方法研究了放大 4倍的涡轮叶片前缘模型在旋转状态下 ,带气膜出流时叶片内冲击面的换热特性。实验结果表明 :雷诺数的增加显著地增强了换热 ,但叶片前缘和尾缘的增加是不同的 ,而浮升力对换热的影响是复杂的 ;在低雷诺数的情况下 ,旋转对换热影响不明显 ,而在高雷诺数时 ,会使换热降低。对换热的影响是几个因素相互共同作用的结果 。 The heat transfer characteristics of turbine blade model with outflow film under rotating state were researched experimentally.The experimental results indicated that the heat transfer was enhanced with increasing of Reynolds number obviously,but the increases in the blade leading and trailing edges were different.The effect of buoyancy force was complicated in the process of heat transfer.The effect of rotation is inconspicuous at small Reynolds number,but at high Reynolds number,the effect of rotation weakened the heat transfer.The interaction of the factors in the flow field affected the heat transfer,so the rule of the heat transfer was complicated.
