摘要
设计了储能飞轮转子与限位器碰摩试验装置 ,用电磁激振器激励转子 ,激振频率与转子—支承系统模态进动频率一致 ,得到了大幅度低频异步反向进动并实现碰摩。分析了碰摩力对转子运动的影响。局部碰摩转子的稳定振动表明内置式限位器能够有效地限制转子低频进动幅度 ,局部碰摩的特征是低频进动幅值不再增加、碰摩间断发生以及转子自转速度不变。当激振力幅度较大时 ,会出现整圈摩擦运动 ,转子的低频异步反进动转换为高频正向涡动 ,转子与限位器连续摩擦 。
The vibration of a flywheel rotor with rotor/stop rubbing was investigated experimentally.The large amplitude of the rotor vibration was excited by the electromagnetic harmonic excitation force and thus caused the rubbing between the rotor and the stop.The rubbing force and its effects on the rotor were analyzed.The partial rubbing rotor vibration indicated that the inner type stop can limit the amplitude of asynchronous precession effectively.During the partial rubbing,the rotor/stop collision and rubbing appear occasionally.The partial rubbing has little effect on the rotating speed of the rotor.The partial rubbing will expand to full rubbing as the amplitude of the excitation becomes great enough.During the full rubbing,the rotor keeps contact with the stop and whips in a high frequency.The continuous friction makes rotating speed of the rotor drop sharply.
