摘要
采用特征建模技术 ,构造了注塑模的特征模型 ,建立了模具零件的形状、精度等几项应用特征 ,并构造了面向车间单元的注塑模CAD/CAM系统集成环境 ,利用数控加工中心完成了整个加工过程 。
Using characteristic modeling technology,this paper constructs the characteristic model of injection-mold and builds the applied features of mold parts such as the feature of shape,precision and others..Finally this paper also builds CAD/CM integratied environment of shop-oriented injection-mold,finishes the whole productive process by use of numerical control machining center and realizes the integratedly manufacturing of mold parts.
