摘要
随着我国金融体制改革的深入 ,我国信托机构开办风险投资基金业务的时机已经成熟 ,本文结合国外风险投资基金运作的实践 。
This paper describes briefly how to develop risk investment fund business for trust institution in view of the opportunity that developing risk investment fund business in domestic trust institutions has ripen and overseas successful practice.
