中国近30年来的城市(镇)化过程可以说是喜忧参半,针对国家提出的新型城镇化发展,文章记述了诸大建、伍江和唐子来三位教授的谈话,探讨从城镇化到新型城镇化转变的原因,新型城镇化的"新"体现在哪些方面,并聚焦新型城镇化过程中的土地、人口和政策问题。

China＇s urbanization process of the last three decades has incurred mixed feelings. In response to the New Urbanization strategy tabled by the government, Professors Zhu Dajian, Wu Jiang and TangZilai held a discussion and about New Urbanization. They first discuss the causes of the transition from urbanization to New Urbanization. Then they explore the manifestations of ＇newness＇ in what we term New Urbanization. Finally they discuss land, population and policy issues in the process of New Urbanization.
