新型城镇化视角下的郊区农业三产化与城乡规划 浙江省奉化市萧王庙地区规划概念

Suburban Agriculture's Transformation into Tertiary Sector and Its Urban Planning in the Perspective of New Urbanization The Example of Xiaowangmiao District of Fenghua,Zhejiang Province

文章指出中国在工业化改造农村的过程中,农业走向单一化,消费不足和产能过剩使城乡工业面临转型,郊区农业三产化成为郊区农业今后发展的主要方向。在发展传统农业的同时,郊区在扩大城乡交往、促使城市资本向乡村地区投入、拓展乡村的生态服务功能和保护乡村文化等方面产生重要的作用。文章以浙江省奉化市萧王庙地区乡村规划为例,提出了在新型城镇化时期适应郊区农业三产化趋势的规划概念和思路。

in the process of rural industrialization, urban and rural industries have been forced to restructure by a homogenous orientation, insufficient consumer demand and overcapacity. And the transformation of agriculture in suburban areas into the tertiary sector points to the main direction offuture development. Meanwhile, in the development of traditional agriculture, the suburbs will play an important role in the expansion of urban-rural exchanges, urban capital investment＇s flow into rural areas, development of ecosystem services, protection of rural culture, etc. Taking the rural planning of Xiaowangmiao District, Fenghua, Zhejiang Province, this paper proposes the planning concept which will adapt to agriculture＇s transformation into the tertiary sector.
