The Asian Financial Crisis that broke out in late 1997 revealed that the inherent inefficient and ineffective banking supervisory system was one of important factors which led to crisis during the course of liberalization.Here is some train of thoughts for overcoming the problems by analyzing the drawback in the system of banking supervision and management.
