摘要
针对一线城市的CBD核心区的超高层办公建筑,以广州珠江新城几个超高层办公项目的设计为例,通过其核心筒布局形式的对比研究,在经济性、舒适性、安全性、灵活性等方面进行分析比较,探讨各自不同形式的优缺点。
Science and technology change rapidly nowadays while more and more super high-rise Building are designed and built. The author was ever involved in some super high-rise office project in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town, The paper compares four projects to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in several Core Tube configuration, in order to find out a more reasonable form under a certain condition.
