随着民族村的发展规划越来越受到重视,全国民族村的发展取得了一定进展,尤其是民族集聚区的民族村发展。本文以仪征市大仪镇河北民族村发展规划为例,论述从政府扶持、繁荣经济、民族融合、公众参与、完善保障五种途径,将河北民族村打造为全民富裕现代化社会主义民族特色新农村。
