土地的合理应用、建筑位置的合理分布能够为土地在最小用地面积上创造更高价值,这就是本文探讨的重点:"可持续性综合体"。它对推动城市的发展,具有重要意义。
The reasonable distribution of land, the rational use of construction land location can create higher value at a min-imum land area, this is the point discussed in the paper：susta-inable complex. It has the vital significance to promote the de-velopment of city.
