摘要
建筑工程施工管理对整个工程建设有非常重要的作用,随着一些新的施工方法、新材料的应用,迫切需要适应新形势的建筑施工管理方法。文章对工程施工管理的基本概述与创新做了介绍。
The construction management of constructional en-gineering plays a very important role in the entire project cons-truction. Along with the application of some new construction methods and new materials, people urgent need new methods to adapt to the construction management situation.
