Project construction schedule control is the main content of project construction management work, any cons- truction unit hopes within the time limit to complete constr- uction of the project exceed the standard, super quality, in order to realize the benefits of enterprise. This paper is to anal- yze the effect of different factors on the project conStrUction progress from two levels of professional technical and manag- ement, at the same time, puts forward the project progress co- ntrol measures, to ensure that the project successfully com- pleted in the contract period.
