摘要
政府加强对于建筑项目工程的合同管理和审计,可以让建设资金更加有效、合法的被利用,但是建筑项目中总会存在一些比较特殊的事件。笔者根据自己多年从事建筑方面的经验,深入探讨了建筑工程合同管理和审计问题,望具有抛砖引玉的效果。
Government strengthen the contract management and auditing of construction project can make the construction funds more effective and legitimate to be used, but there alw-ays exist a number of special events in the construction project. The author bases on years of experience in the construction in-dustry and deep explore the contract management and audit issues of construction project so as to provide the effect of for-ward looking.
