摘要
本文通过对公路施工项目中成本的构成要素以及对施工项目成本的影响因素进行分析,结合我国当前公路施工项目成本管理中存在的问题,找到相应的解决措施,为公路施工项目成本管理的实务操作提供了合理的理论支撑。
In this article, the author analyzes the cost constit-uent elements of highway construction project and the influen-ce factors of construction project cost, combines with the exis-ting problems in the cost management of highway construction project, and finds the appropriate solutions to provide reason-able theoretical support for the practical operations of highway construction project cost management.
