Study on the Ceramic Solid Waste of the Application Technology

介绍了以陶瓷固体废物作为原料引入陶瓷砖配方中,替代部分矿物原料。研究了陶瓷固体废物化学与工艺性能,分析了抛光废渣等固体废物加入量对产品工艺与性能的影响,以及选用陶瓷固废精细化处理技术,制备出性能指标达到标准的产品。

The ceramic solid waste as raw material is introduced into the ceramic brick formula,replacing of mineral raw materials. Studying on the ceramic solid waste chemical and process performances,analysis the effect of addition amount of the solid waste such as the polishing waste slag on the process and performance of products,and the influence of ceramic waste fine processing technology on the properties,preparing the performance indicators have reached the standard of products.
