摘要
用溶胶凝胶法制备了钛锆酸铅Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)粉末,对合成条件如溶胶制备反应的温度,反应物王丙醇锆和异丙醇钛的加入顺序进行了选择,凝胶的烧结温度和时间进行了条件实验,通过X-射线衍射和扫描电镜分析证明,最后得到的是粒径比较均匀的PZT粉末。
Sol-gel method was used to prepare the lead zirconium titanate (PZT) powder. The preparation conditions of PZT such as the reaction temperature in sol-gel route, the addition order of the zirconium n - propoxide and titanium iso - propoxide, the temperature and annealling time were studied, and the PZT powder was obtained.
