橡胶分散性的模式识别是用高科技手段提高橡胶质量，减少废品损失的研究项目．文中对目前橡胶行业普遍采用的显微照相法作了很大改进：在计算机屏幕上能清晰地显示炭黑粒子在橡胶中分布的彩色图案，得到刻划炭黑粒子分散性的数量指标；确定分类对象的相似性，提出二维综合指标法，由计算机自动判别出待测胶料碳黑分散度的级别．目前在国内尚无同类技术．

Model identification of rubber dispersion is a project that will improve the quality of rubber and reduce losses in the form of rejects with high-tech means. The new technique badly needed by the rubber industry will reach the world advanced level and product remarkable economic benefit. It will greatly improve the micro-graphic method which is being used now. The author of this paper has achieved the following results: (1) the colorful patterns of carbon particles dispersed in rubber can be shown clearly on the screen of computer and the quantitative norm that reasonably describes the dispersion of carbon particles can be obtained; (2) the author is able to determine the stability of classified objects and put forward the two-dimension multiple indexes method. The carbon dispersion degree will be automatically judged by computer. Up to now, no similar technology has been in existence in this country.
