摘要
对溴酚蓝、丁基罗丹明B以及溴酚蓝和丁基罗丹明B形成的离子对的性质进行了研究 .溴酚蓝与丁基罗丹明B的缔合比在pH =7时为 1∶3,其Ksp=2 .66× 10 - 2 3,缔合物在甲苯中的萃取率为 94 .9% .缔合物的吸光度在溴酚蓝浓度为 0~ 6× 10 - 6mol/L时服从比耳定律 .
The properties of bromophenol(BPB) and butylrhodamine(BRB) and the isochromatic dye ionpairs formed by BPB and BRB were studied. The experiment showed that the proportion of BPB∶BRB was 1∶3 at pH 7, K sp =2.66×10 -23 and the extraction rate was 94.9%. The absorption was proportional to BPB concentration over the range of 0~6×10 -6 mol/L. It is the foundation of application of BPB and BRB in extraction spectrophotometry.
