摘要
在间歇搅拌反应器中进行了发泡剂ADC生产过程传质与动力学研究 .考察了搅拌速度、氯气流量、辅助空气流量、固体联二脲浓度、粒度及反应温度对过程速率的影响 .分析了影响过程速率的主要因素 .研究结果表明 ,发泡剂ADC生产过程涉及极其复杂的气液固多相传递与反应过程 。
The process transfer and kinetics of blowing agent ADC are examined. The effects of stirred velocity, chlorine flow rate, air auxiliary flow rate, solids loading, mean particle diameter and reaction temperature on global process rate are investigated and analyzed. Results show that the dissolving and gas-liquid mass transfer rate of chlorine is the major rate-controlling step in this process.
