浆细胞样树突状细胞在系统性红斑狼疮发病中的研究进展

摘要 浆细胞样树突状细胞是目前已知的功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞之一,参与重要的免疫启动和免疫调节。在系统性红斑狼疮患者体内其过度活化并促进干扰素α大量产生,并与多种免疫细胞包括T、B细胞、中性粒细胞及血小板等相互作用,参与狼疮的发病。本文将两者关系做一综述,以期为临床预防和治疗疾病提供新的思路和方法。 Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) are professional antigen presenting cells (APCs), and play important roles in the initiation and maintenance of immune responses. In patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), activated pDCs promote the generation of interferon-α. And pDCs interact with T, B cells, neutrophils and platelets, thus involved in the mechanisms of the pathogenesis of SLE. Here, we summarize recent advances about pDCs, in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of SLE.
