摘要
合成了9种含多取代嘧啶环的α-氯乙酰脲,其中8种为新化合物.结构经IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析测试而确证,初步生物活性测试结果表明:标题化合物具有优良的生物活性,且嘧啶环上取代基的性质对此类化合物影响很大,含4羟基取代嘧啶环的标题化合物具有较好除草活性,而含4氯取代嘧啶环的化合物一般具有一定的植调活性.
Nine N'(4,5,6-trisubstitutedpyrimidin2-ly)-α-chloroacetylureas are synthesized.Among them eight are new compounds.Their structure are confirmed by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.Their biological activities have been determined.It is found that some of the target compounds containing various substituted pyrimidine have good biological activity.The target compounds with 4hydroxypyrimidine show excellent inhibitory activity and those with 4chloropyrimidine show obviously promotive action for plant growth.
