摘要
以蛋白核小球藻 (Chlorellapyreniodosa)和极大螺旋藻 (Spirulinamaxima)为材料 ,经 30 0mg/L酚驯化 4d ,分别培养于不同酚浓度的培养基中 ,测定它们耐酚能力及酚降解能力的变化 .结果显示 ,经过驯化的小球藻和螺旋藻降解酚的能力都有了提高 .小球藻的酚最大致死浓度由 5 0 0mg/L上升到 70 0mg/L ,酚降解速度提高到驯化前的 3.2 2倍 ;螺旋藻耐酚能力未见明显改变 ,最大酚致死浓度仍为 5 0 0mg/L ,但在 40 0mg/L接近致死酚浓度条件下 ,驯化过的藻体长势较未驯化的藻体要好 ,驯化后的螺旋藻酚降解速度提高到驯化前的 1.2
Acclimating Chlorella pyreniodosa and Spirulina maxima in 300?mg/L phenol solution for 4 days, then put them into culture medium containing phenol and measure the effects of phenol acclimation on growth and phenol biodegradation. As far as Chlorella pyreniodosa ,the mortal concentration of phenol could be improved from 500?mg/L to 700?mg/L and the biodegradation rate could be increased to 3.22 times. As far as Spirulina maxima , the mortal conentration of phenol 500?mg/L was not changed obviously, but the growth of acclimated alga was greater than that of not acclimated and the biodegradation of phenol was as 1.24 times as the control.
