With multi thread mechanism as research object, Solaris which is a typical operating system based on multi thread mechanism as example, this paper briefly discusses the model, scheduling and synchronization of thread, also introduces multi thread mechanism supported by the language of Jave, which provides the basis of the implementation of application program based on multi thread mechanism.
