直接电位滴定法测定含乌梅复方制剂中的游离有机酸总量

Determination for free total content of organic acid by direct potential titration in compound Chinese herbal medicine containing Fructus mume

:建立了直接电位滴定法测定含乌梅复方制剂中游离有机酸的方法 .实验表明 ,复方制剂稚泻停口服液中游离有机酸总量为 8.33× 1 0 -3 mol/L ,RSD =0 .5 4%(n =7) .柠檬酸回收试验结果为 97.46 %～ 1 0 4.96 % .该方法可作为稚泻停口服液的质量标准 。

The method is reported for determination of free total content of organic acid by direct potential titration in compound Chinese herbal medicine containing Fructus mume.The results show that the method is simple in operation, the accuracy, higher,RSD=0.54%,and the recovery region, about 97.46% to 104.96%. Not only is it used as quality standard of a new compound Chinese herbal medicine——Zhixie Ting Koufuye, but also can be used in determination of free total organic acid in other compound Chinese herbal medicine.
