颈椎小关节交锁诊治中的若干问题 被引量：1

摘要 在颈椎损伤中，小关节交锁约占6．7％。由于颈椎小关节交锁诊断及治疗的复杂性，人们对其认知尚有不足，临床工作中存在争议。为了提高颈椎小关节交锁的疗效，将其对患者造成的影响降到最低，我们应当尽可能避免小关节交锁的漏诊、合理使用闭合复位、选择适宜的手术复位方式、制订合理的治疗策略以及把握恰当的手术时机。
