螺钉治疗髋臼骨折的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 髋臼骨折的治疗一直是创伤骨科的重点和难点。传统的钢板固定存在钢板塑形和放置困难、术野暴露受限制、周围软组织遮挡、打螺钉困难等缺点，且早期手术治疗效果不理想（优良率仅76％左右）。
