摘要
制备了以四羟乙基乙二胺 ,四羟乙基己二酰胺以及它们的衍生物为固定相的填充柱及毛细管柱 ,并对其柱性能进行了研究 .实验表明 ,这些色谱固定相 (液 )对于芳香烃、醇类、芳卤类等表现出较好的分离能力 。
In this paper, chromatographic column using tetrahydroxyethyladipicdiamide and their derivatives as stationary phase were prepared. The column characters were tested. The experiment results showed that this type of column had good column character. It had good separating capability not only in aromatic hydrocarbons, but also in alcohols. It would be good chromatographic stationary phase.$$$$
