Progress in the clinical and imaging findings of limbic encephalitis

通过综合近年来国内外的相关文献,以临床和影像学的表现为基础,对边缘系统脑炎(limbic encephalitis,LE)的病因、发病机制、分类、临床表现、影像学及其他检查,诊断以及治疗等多个方面的近期研究现状作一综述,从而进一步提高诊断率,为临床治疗提供比较可靠的依据。

Through a comprehensive review of literature at home and abroad based on clinical and radiographic manifes- tations in recent years, the recent research status quo for many aspects in terms of etiology, pathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestations, imaging and other tests, diagnosis, and treatment of limbic encephalitis （LE） was reviewed in or- der to further improve the diagnostic rate as well as to provide a more reliable basis for clinical treatment.
