微生物室与临床的沟通应从规范送检开始 被引量:10

Strengthen the communication between microbiology laboratory and clinicians to standardize clinical specimen processing

摘要 微生物室的重要职责是为临床提供快速准确的病原学诊断,微生物送检不规范是影响检测结果可靠性的主要因素之一。微生物室应与临床建立良好的对话机制,实验室人员不仅需要积极走进临床,加强临床送检意识,提高送检率,推动和指导临床规范送检;同时,还要主动学习临床知识,了解临床的需求和进展。以患者为工作中心,多学科密切合作,共同提高病原学诊断水平。 Rapid and accurate diagnosis of pathogens is the responsibility of the clinical microbiology lab. Effective implementation of this function requires standard procedure of specimen collection and processing. In order to improve the ability of infectious disease diagnosis, clinical microbiology laboratory should strengthen the communication with the clinicians, to improve the quality and quantity of specimens. Meanwhile, microbiology laboratory should learn some clinical knowledge and understand the demand and development of clinical practice. Clinical microbiology lab should emphasize patient-oriented and muhidisciplinary close cooperation, for improvement of pathogen diagnosis level.
