摘要
采用不完全双列杂交的方法,对4个籼型不育系和6个光身恢复系配成24个组合的株高等7个性状进行配合力分析.结果表明:光身恢复系的单株产量性状一般配合力效应为光恢1242>光恢039>明恢259>光恢1240>光恢1243>明恢90,不育系的单株产量性状一般配合力效应为广抗13A>钱江A>Ⅱ-32A>谷丰A.综合比较其他性状,光恢1242和光恢039是一般配合力效应较好的父本;广抗13A是一般配合力效应较好的母本.籼光交组合谷丰A和光恢039、钱江A和光恢1242的特殊配合力效应效应值较大,组合的单株产量竞争优势表现突出,具有较大利用价值.光身恢复系配组的约4/5组合的单株产量大于对照Ⅱ优明86.
4 indica type sterile lines and 6 nude restorer lines were used as parents, and the combining abilities of 7 relative eco- nomic characters of the 24 combinations were analyzed by using incomplete diallel cross design ( NC Ⅱ ). The results showed that the descending order of general combining ability (GCA) for the nude restorers' grain fields per plant was Guanghui 1242 〉 Guang- hui 039 〉 Minghm 259 〉 Guanghui 1240 〉 Guanghui 1243 〉 Minghui 90. Thedescending order of general combining ability (GCA) for the sterile lines' grain yields per plant was Guangkangl3 A 〉 Qianjiang A 〉Ⅱ-32 A 〉 Gufeng A. Considering the GCAs of other characters, nude restorer lines Guanghni 1242 and Guanghni 039 were better male parents and sterile line Guanghangl3 A was bet- ter female parent. Gufeng A and Guanghul 039, Qianjiang A and Guanghui 1242 were the best indica per nude hybridized combina- tions in special combining ability (SCA), and they also had outstanding competitive edge in grain yields per plant and high value in utilization. About 4/5 of the hybridized combinations were better than the control Ⅱ Youming 86 in grain yields per plant by using these nude restorers.
