麻楝蛀斑螟成虫的羽化节律及生殖行为 被引量:8

Emergence rhythm and reproduction behavior of Hypsipyla robusta( Lepidoptera: Pyralidae)

摘要 在温度(25±1)℃,光暗周期L∶D=14∶10(光期06:00开始,20:00结束),相对湿度RH=75%-80%的条件下,观察了麻楝蛀斑螟成虫的羽化与生殖行为.结果表明:成虫羽化率85.4%,羽化期25 d左右;羽化行为主要出现在暗期,日羽化高峰在20:00-23:00,占总羽化量的80.7%;雌、雄比例0.83∶1.羽化后第2天达到性成熟,当天羽化的成虫未发生交配;交配发生在进入暗期5-8 h,交配持续时间50-200 min;随着日龄的增大,交配率降低,交配持续时间增长;交配后第2天开始产卵;雌、雄虫均未发现2次交配现象.交配雌虫平均产卵104粒,卵期7 d左右,孵化率84.3%;未交配雌虫平均产卵157粒,孵化率0.交配雌虫和雄虫的平均寿命为3.73和2.93 d,未交配雌虫和雄虫的平均寿命为5.87和5.03 d. A The adult emergence and reproduction behavior of Hypsipyla robusta were studied at (25 ± 1 ) ℃ and 75% -80% RH under 14L: 10D ( light started at 06:00, ended 20:00). The results showed that the emergence rate of adult was 85.4%, and emer- gence period was 25 days ; emergence behavior mainly happened in dark, the daily emergence peak occurred from 20:00 to 23:00, which counted 80.7% of the total. The ratio of female to male was 0.83: 1. The adults became sexual maturity on the 2nd day after emergence. The adults did not mate on the 1st day after emergence. The mating peak occurred in 5 to 8 hours after entering scoto- phase. However, the mating duration increased from 50 rain to 200 win. The mating frequency decreased with increase of adults age, but the duration of mating became longer. The adtdts began to oviposit on the 2nd day after mating. Both the female and male mated only once in their whole lfie. The oviposition of the mated female was 104 eggs on average and the egg stage lasted for7 days, the ratio of egg fertility was about 84.3%. The unmated female spawned 157 eggs on average and the ratio of egg fertility was 0. On average the life span of mated female was 3.73 d, while the mated male was 2.93 d. Meanwhile, the lfie span of unmated female was 5.87 d, while the unmated male was 5.03 d.
