摘要
以"上海青"小白菜为材料,研究滴灌、喷灌两种施肥方式和沼液浓度对小白菜生长和品质的影响,以更好地将沼液与节水灌溉设施结合应用在叶菜有机基质栽培.结果表明:浇灌适宜浓度的沼液可以改善小白菜的品质,提高产量;滴灌处理中,滴灌沼液比(沼液与水的体积比)以1∶5(D4处理)的效果最好,小白菜产量为3.09 kg·m-2,V C含量显著高于滴灌营养液的对照,增加25.23%;喷灌处理中,喷灌沼液比以1∶4(S3处理)的效果最好,产量为2.80 kg·m-2,V C含量显著高于喷灌营养液的对照,增加18.98%;D4和S3的亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和重金属含量均低于无公害蔬菜安全标准(GB18406.1-2001);D4的产量比S3提高10.26%,经济效益更好.
In eder to combine the biogas slurry and the water-saving irrigation type for the cultivation of led/vegetable on the mush- room residue, the effect of two topdressing ways ( drop irrigation and sprinkler irrigation) and different biogas slurry concentration on the growth and quality of Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that irrigation with proper concentration of biogas slurry improved the quality of Chinese cabbage and increased its yield. The highest yield 3.09 kg . m-2 was obtained with drop irrigation bioges slurry concentration ( 1: 5), and Vc content was significantly higher than the control ( 25.23% ). As for sprinkler irrigation bioges slurry, the concentration (1:4) gave the best result, with the yield of 2.80 kg . m-2 and increased Vc content ( 18.98% ) than control. With the two treatments, the content of nitrite, nitrate and heavy metal contents were all lower than the safety of agri- cultural products quality pollution-free vegetable safety requirements ( GB 18406.1 -2001 ) standard. Considering the economio in- put, drop irrigation ( 1:5 ) biogas slurry was more suitable for Chinese cabbage production.
