中国地区经济发展水平综合评价的方法研究

STUDY ON THE COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION METHOD OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LEVEL IN CHINA AREAS

一个国家各地区经济发展状况常可决定国家的经济发展格局和资源配置的空间分布 ,通过多种方式的综合评价把握国家地区发展动向至关重要 .本文在建立一套用于中国地区经济发展水平的综合评价指标体系基础上 ,提出了一致逼近综合评价方法 ,该方法将体现地区经济发展的原指标 ,利用线性规划方法 ,变换成新指标 .新指标相互无关 ,且指标数小于原指标数 .然后 ,再将其合成综合评价值 ,从而对地区经济发展水平进行排序 ,并对综合评价值合成时的权系数的选取作较详尽的讨论 .

The development of areas often determines the pattern of economic development and space distribtion of the resource allocation of a country.It is very important to hold the developing trend of all areas by use of various comprehensive evaluation.In this paper,on the basis of the established index sytem of comprehensive evaluation on the economic development level in China areas,a uniform approximation evaluation method is proposed.By the linear program method,the original indexes are transformed into new indexes which have nothing to do with each other,and the nmber of new indexes is less than the original.After that,the comprehensive evaluation value is derived from the new indexes,and the order of the economic development level in some China areas is queued;meantime,it is thoroughly discussed that the weight coefficients of the new indexes are selected.
