摘要
环境保护是可持续发展问题的重要内容之一 ,与资源、人口和经济发展问题密切相关 .本文从总量上研究了环境保护、污染治理投资、生产投资和消费之间的关系 。
Environmental proteciton is one of the important problems in sustainable development and they are closely connected with the resources,population and economic development.This paper studies the relationship and the consumptionin in general.From the viewpoint of sustabinable development,we obtained the optimal proportion of the per capita consumption to the per capita invironmenatal protection,which makes the maximization of utility.
