红蓝光动力联合复方木尼孜其颗粒及阿达帕林凝胶治疗重度痤疮疗效评价

Assessment of the efficacy of red and blue light power combined with compound muniziqi granules and adapalene gel in the treatment of severe acne

目的:评价红蓝光动力联合复方木尼孜其颗粒及阿达帕林凝胶治疗重度痤疮的疗效。方法:实验组和对照组均口服复方木尼孜其颗粒和外搽阿达帕林凝胶,实验组加用红蓝光照射。结果:治疗6周后实验组和对照组总有效率分别为92.6%和72.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:红蓝光动力联合复方木尼孜其颗粒及阿达帕林凝胶治疗重度痤疮有效。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of red and blue light power combined with compound muniziqi granules and adapalene gel in the treatment of severe acne. Methods： All the patients were treated with com- pound muniziqi granules and adapalene gel. In the experimental group the patients was also treated with red and blue light power. Results ： After 6 weeks of the treatment, the effective rates in the two groups were 92. 6% and 72.5%, with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Red and blue light power combined with compound muniziqi granules and adapalene gel is effective in the treatment of severe acne.
