摘要
1例17岁特应性皮炎女性患者,面部外用0.1%他克莫司软膏后出现丘疱疹、发热、局部淋巴结肿大,诊断为Kaposi水痘样疹。经抗病毒治疗后皮疹消退,好转出院。
A 17-year-old woman with atopic dermatitis developed generalized herpetic lesions on her face,with fever and lymph node enlargement,after treatment with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.Diagnosis of Kaposi's varicelliform eruption was made.After antiviral treatment,her symptoms resolved and discharged.
