肝肉瘤样癌多发转移1例并文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 肝肉瘤样癌（sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcino-ma，SHC）是一种少见的发生于肝脏的恶性肿瘤，在手术切除案例中仅占1．8％，尸检案例中占3．9％到9．4％[1-2]。Nishi等[3]报道SHC患者生存率显著低于普通的肝细胞肝癌患者。我院收治SHC术后多发转移患者l例，我们结合此病例复习相关文献，讨论了该病的起源、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后。
