Reform measures for PVC drying system taken in Flunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. were introduced. Through redesigning the wind pipe, adding an air guide plate and optimizing process controls, the capacity and the rate of superior PVC resin products were improved, and the problems of materials accumulating in the shrimp-shaped elbow at the bottom of drying tower were solved.
