摘要
介绍了中盐湖南株洲化工集团有限公司两套10万t/a PVC生产装置中氯乙烯合成转化余热的回用改造措施,将回用的余热用于聚合过程中去离子水的升温,每年可节约蒸汽(0.5 MPa)14 616 t,节约去离子水4 300 t,创效180万元以上。
A measure to recycle the waste heat from the synthesis of vinyl chloride in two sets of 100 kt/a PVC plants at Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The measure comprised using the waste heat to warm the deionized water for polymerization process. So 14 616 t/a vapor (0.5 MPa) and 4 300 t/a deionized water could be saved, creating 1. 8 million ILMB ¥ economic effects per year.
