组织学习能力对知识创新的影响 被引量:2

摘要 知识已经成为企业竞争的关键资源,而知识创新则是企业保持持续竞争优势的关键。组织的学习能力对企业的知识创新有着重要影响,本文分析了不同层面的学习能力对组织内不同知识类型的创新的影响,从而为企业内不同类型的知识创新提供有益的借鉴。
