青少年双侧股骨头骨骺滑脱1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 股骨头骨骺滑脱（slipped capital femoral epiphysis,SCFE）是一种股骨头骨骺经生长板移位为特征的青少年髋关节疾病,多发生于11～16 岁之间,具体原因至今仍不明确,常伴有肥胖、内分泌、代谢异常（如甲状腺功能减退、垂体功能减退）等.双髋同时滑脱较少见,约占25%～40%,双髋发病间隔通常为6～18个月.
